Sunday Men's League Rules:
  1. First games start @ 8am or 9am. Games listed with 10:30am first game start time will begin immediately after the 8am games complete. This means games could start before 10:30am, so show up early to avoid forfeits. First game forfeit is 15 minutes and second game forfeit is 30 minutes after the scheduled start time. For example, a 9am start will have a 9:15am first game forfeit time and 9:30am second game forfeit time The paper schedules will have * for 8am and ** for 10:30am starts.
  2. Sunday morning men's run rule is 10 runs after 5th inning (Fall) 12 runs after 5th inning (Spring). The run rule is in effect during play-offs
  3. No metal spikes, not ejection. Just make them take them off.
  4. Teams should have a minimum of 10 players. A game can start the game with 9 players, but take an automatic out when the 10th player is up to bat. 10th batter may be added to the game at any time.
  5. Teams may bat a maximum of 12 players. The 2 extra batters are called EP's. In Co-ed softball, your EP's can either be a girl or guy or 2 girls, but can't be 2 guys. As long as batting order doesn't change. The EP's can play any position on the field.
  6. Players must have 7 games played, to be able to play in play-offs
  7. 3 Homerun limit on any fenced field or noted by the umpire. It's an out after the 3rd homerun.
  8. All Miken Freaks of any kind are banned in this league, prior to 2012.
  9. Teams get 4 courtesy runners per game. These runners are the last batted out.
  10. If you take a courtesy runner and that runner is due to bat, it is not an out. The umpire then chooses the new runner, so the courtesy runner can bat. The ump may choose any player in the game.
  11. Ejections: If a player is ejected from the game for any reason, it is a 2 game suspension. The game he or she is ejected from doesn't count towards the 2 game suspension. It is the next two games.
  12. Banned Bats: Any player using a banned bat will be called out and ejected from the game. Any bat that makes any kind of noise inside the bat, will be called out but not ejected from the game. If a player is caught using that bat a 2nd time, either in that game or another game he will be called out and ejected from the game.
  13. Modified Bats: can have either original grip or only 2 layers of grip tape, any more then that and the bat is a banned bat.
  14. Ground for Ejection are as follows: Yelling or Screaming or using foul language to an umpire or another player is a 2 game suspension. Throwing anything or spitting towards any umpire is a 6 game suspension. Hitting or touching an umpire is grounds for that player to be ejected from the league without a refund.
