1. The run rules is 12
  2. Every third batter must be a woman.
  3. Only a woman can sub for a woman, just as only a man can sub for a man.
  4. If a man is walks and a woman is the next batter, with less than two out, the Man goes to second base, the woman bats, with two outs, the man goes to second base, and the woman has a choice to either bat or take a walk.
  5. You can start a game with only 9 players, but take a out for the tenth player. Only till the tenth player shows up. You may bat up to 14 players (10 in the field and 4 EP (Extra Players) the EP Have to be present when the game starts. the 4 EPs can be 2 women 2 men, or 3 women and a man, you can have more women than men, but can't use more men than women.
  6. Women and men can foul out on third foul strike!
  7. Strike mat: only the mat is a strike, if ball hits the plate it's a ball.
  8. No outfielder may be within 15 feet of the infield when a woman bats. If he is catch standing in within the 15 feet, He must stay there for the next male batter.
  9. No metal spikes
  10. Start time is 2:00pm, first forfeit is 2:15pm, second game forfeit time is 2:30pm.
  11. There is NO DRINKING of alcohol at any field!!!
  12. Batters start with one ball and one strike count! and have a foul to give!
  13. All bats MUST have an LBSL approved bat sticker on it to be used in the game!

     

 

 

Courtesy Runners:

  1. Teams get four courtesy runners per game. These runners are the last out.

  2. If you take a courtesy runner and that runner is due to bat, it is NOT an out. The umpire chooses a new runner, so the courtesy runner can bat. The umpire may choose any player in the game.

  3. Every two extra innings you receive one extra runner.
